Her mistresses are the Italian-Russian adopted daughter of the rich Marchese Maruzzi, Agathe Alginovich and German painter Friedrich Nehrlich. Friedrich was born 1807 in Erfurt. He grew up in Hamburg. 1820 in the age of 22 he was invited by his patron Baron von Rumohr to travel to Italy. The rugged beauty of the Alps and th mediterranean Italy made a great impression on him. Arriving in Rome, his uncommonly cheerful nature brimming with wit and merriment, made him soon to an favorite body of the Rome's German artist community. To make it easier for the italian lingue, he changed his name to Friedrich Nerly, and later to Frederico Nerly. He lives in Rome for abaout 7 years, where he traveled to Naples, Amalfi and Sicily. Countless sketches and paintings had been created at this period. Feeling homesick he wanted to return to Germany. Then in 1840 he planned his way home via Florence, Milan and...
