Description
Many years ago I visited the Greek island of Crete. Completely facienated by this sun-drenched, rocky and wild landscape, I decided to work something like this into a work of art. So I created this fantasy landscape with the different brushes after many hours of work. I hope you like this impressionistic landscape as you can find it on the Greek islands or on Korsica or Sardinia.

This place drew me in. That great glow of lighting and shadowy grays and violets are special. Tho I have never been to Greece there has always been a connection instantly with it. F/L.

Thanks a lot, Randy. Greece and Italy have wonderful landscapes and coasts. Especially Greece's islands are beautiful and full of unspoiled nature. This work I have painted from my imagination but with the memory of similar landscapes in Crete.
